To make sure y'all understand what I am doing here - I am avoiding the paperwork, expense, time, and energy it takes to be entered on the official ballot. I am not qualified, educated, or anything to be a Senator, but I am questioning #SenRonJohnson about several aspects of his politics and his relation to that whore monger, Pres. Trump. I am not really trying to be a senator, I am fearful of the minions of Pres. Trump coming after me or my family. We do not have the wherewithal to withstand abuse.
(whore·mon·ger /ˈhôrmäNGɡər/
noun
archaic
noun: whoremonger; plural noun: whoremongers
  1. a person who has dealings with prostitutes, especially a sexually promiscuous man.)

Well they must be in Trump country - bullying is ordinary social control. I am glad that #SenRonJohnson does not subscribe to this sort of acts.

I have read that the whore monger in the White House has said that the whistleblowing is a partisan attack on him, but the instigation was a partisan query for 'dirt' on a political opponent, so it does not make much sense to me to be saying attacking for that reason. But I wonder what #SenRonJohnson thinks of this and what will he do about it? It reminds me of the push to protect our elections in 2020 that the Republicans do not want to do. Ya know, how can they win otherwise?  https://madison.com/news/nation/government-and-politics/the-intersection-of-trump-ukraine-and-a-whistleblower/article_e4c6a01e-65bb-50ea-bd83-5657b5946f21.html?fbclid=IwAR1lA2RsrSU1MEcGwOqd6CzYp9vj2IjHVT5_GreAPSQcelw4hxkV0WI3MuE

About

This sort of collusion between the White house and the Senate is what makes me distrust #SenRonJohnson - he is aiding and abetting Pres. Trunp's profiteering.

Here is a note from Rep. Chris Taylor about the jets that will be flying over our town. I figure they will do as they want irregardless of who is impacted (it is not them who decide that will be affected, ya know). #SenRonJohnson
Dear Friends,
After years of attending the American Legislative Exchange Council, or ALEC, I have seen firsthand how big corporate special interests, through their wealth and power, often dominate policy making, to the great detriment of actual people. In the ALEC universe, maximizing corporate profits always comes before people.
I have seen how that perverse priority has driven Republican policy makers in our state over the last 8 years, and the devastation this has caused. And I have fought against it every step of the way.
I am currently seeing a similar power structure right here at home trying to force F-35 military jets on the east and northside communities I represent in the legislature. Based on the constituent contact I have received, the people I have talked with, and the listening I have done, the vast majority of my constituents do not support this proposal. It will not only lead to a peak of almost 3,000 more military flights, but significantly more noise, rendering a larger piece of our city uninhabitable, unless you want to live in a home where you can't open a window or go outside. Individuals of color, kids and low-income families will be most impacted, and many, many neighborhoods are going to be forever altered.
A group called Badger Air Community Council is pushing the F-35s. Most of their board members are executive businessmen who do not live in Madison, none live in the neighborhoods impacted, and none are people of color. Yet they think they know what is best for our community! They are placing opinion pieces in the local paper (the Wisconsin State Journal has run two in the last week), paying for fancy brochures and producing hats and T-shirts. And now they are organizing to defeat a Tuesday Madison Common Council Resolution to oppose the F-35s.
All we have is our voices. Together, we are strong. I am urging you to contact your Madison alders here and ask them to support the resolution to oppose the F-35 fighter jets. The resolution will be taken up this Tuesday, September 17 at the 6:30 PM Common Council meeting. Now more than ever, people need their elected representatives at all levels to stand up for them! The political response of a community makes a difference in F-35 site selection. If you can, please attend the meeting and testify in support of this resolution at the public hearing. The meeting will take place in Room 201 of the City-County Building at 210 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd this Tuesday at 6:30 PM.
And remember, you still have time to submit your comments to the Air National Guard on this proposal, until Friday, September 27th. On-line comments can be submitted here. Comments can also be directed to Ramon Ortiz by email, by mail at NGB/A4AM, 3501 Fetchet Avenue, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762-5157 or by phone 240-612-7042.
Please contact my office if you need any more information.
Thank you for taking action. I believe that the best way to successfully stand up to powerful interests is to raise our voices together!
More actions are coming soon!
Thanks,

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-7495649/Donald-Trump-says-Nobel-Peace-Prize-gave-fairly.html I am sure that anyone willing to blow another country off the map deserves a Nobel Peace prize, or maybe not.  But no matter, he could probably buy one like he did for his Purple Heart, with just as much meaning behind his acquiring it.  This, by the way, is how he creates his 'machismo' with all those super-models.  Ya know, if you can not earn it, buy it.
I have heard that the National Rifle Association has tax exempt status. Why is that? I find it hard to believe that they deserve it, unless you think it is a religious organization. I do not approve of their propaganda about guns, and do not think that they deserve being tax exempt.

Politics and Economics

06/06/12 08:33:26 PM Politics and Economics Politics: the Art of how resources are shared (someone said the Aristotle said this). It really makes politics sound easy: whose gold is it? whose land is that? who has rights to the waterhole? Etc, etc. Economics is something else altogether. I do not have a succinct definition for it, but we all know it is the study of resources and how they effect society. Our national debt is one resource that is in the public eye because there is so much of it and controversy. Like the laws of the United States of America, there is not a definitive book or source of information about it. You know it is there and some have an idea of how much it is and how it accumulates, but just how much it is and who it is owed to is ambiguous. It is obvious what our national debt is for: to pay for stuff we want as dictated by our representatives in Congress. The politics comes in here: do we pay for a war? do we pay unemployment? do we pay for ...
